Our Story

Meeting in 2009 at a Calgary recruitment agency, then moving to local oil & gas company Cenovus Energy’s Talent Acquisition group, we have been delivering on all aspects of recruitment for over 15 years together as a team.

Since 2018 we’ve been providing companies with the top-notch recruitment support they require to execute their business – and that we enjoy providing.

As a partnership, we come into companies and work alongside their teams to execute on full cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, strategy, process/program improvement or implementations and other various project needs. We have a demonstrated history of being counted on by leaders and seamlessly fitting into an existing team. We also have solid overall HR knowledge, being part of HR teams of 1 - 100+ staff and working within multiple disciplines and industries to accomplish greater HR team goals
